Why Color Correct Your Film?

For those first time filmmakers who are new to post production, make sure you learn or hire someone who knows color correction? Why? Color correction can make or break a films success. While not as vital as sound, in my opinion, having the right color helps to really tell your story as well.

Think of some of the "Hollywood" movies you have seen this year. I guarantee they all have been color corrected. Michael Bay's Transformers would not be the same if they just released the film in its original state.
