Today, collaboration is key. When you’re working with a team and clients on multimedia productions, a fast and simple process is ideal to avoid confusion and stress. CageApp.com has done this magnificently. They have integrated great simplicity, affordability, and easy accessibility in multimedia collaboration between artists and their clients.

The simpler the better!  The simplicity of CageApp.com is astonishing. With it’s sleek and simple theme and easy to navigate menu bar you can move through the site effortlessly. You can manage multiple projects for multiple clients under the projects tab at the top of the page. You can also see all of your projects on the dashboard where you are directed after logging in. You can also manage your team for full a complete collaborative experience.   You can make tasks for you and your team in the “tasks” menu to keep your team up to date on all of your projects.

Nothing good in life is free!  In this day and age, we all expect everything for free online.  Well, although CageApp could not give the public all of their incredible service and storage for free, thay make it very affordable.  They have designed 4 plans to meet the needs of all of their customers after a free 15 day trial.  Plans consist of a range of beginning price of $14/month for 1 gigabyte of storage and 2 team members to their premium plan of $179/month for a whopping 30 gigabytes of storage with unlimited team members.  They have a $49/month and a $89/month to meet the needs of the customers in between.  No matter who you are, CageApp has a very affordable plan for you.

Accessibility makes life go round and round!  Their easy accessibility makes CageApp a one of a kind service.  Their homepage and login screens are very straight forward as to what is required.  You do not spend any time looking for anything because it is easily accessible in front of you.  Projects can be sent to your clients for comments and approval through a project settings menu, which makes interacting with your clients and team easier and faster than ever before.  The client experience is easy with simple and accessible controls and options.  There is nothing that cannot be done with CageApp.

As a professional photographer I love the simplicity, affordability, and accessibility that makes the experience easy for me, my team, and most importantly my clients.  Although I usually like to point out a couple of weaknesses there are none that I can see with this exemplary service.  I will continue to use CageApp in my workflow and I will also strongly recommend this service to anyone in the digital production industry.
