Paranormal Activity crushes it!
Posted by: | CommentsAlthough I havent had a chance to see it yet, Paranormal Activity is all the buzz lately. Made for $10k or so (wink) the film has been killing it in limited release. This is a great example of what you can do with limited locations and cast. Kudos to the filmmakers! Have you seen it?

Posted by: | CommentsWhen I was a kid there was a string of disaster movies that came out. The Towering Inferno, Airport, and Earthquake. I saw Earthquake at the Chines Theater in Hollywood in what was called Sensurround. This new audio feature made the theater shake when the quake happened. And it made me run out, terrified that the world would end. Flash forward, I am now confronted with another massive disaster flick, 2012. And I cannot wait to sit in the theater. The effects look mind blowing. Hopefully I will be able to watch it now. After all I am all grown up!
