Film School On Demand

I was really proud of FilmSchoolOnDemand.com when I created it and my 10 video lessons a few years back. We had great feedback and the courses helped those who joined it. Then someone hacked the site and turned it into spammed mush! I was distraught and decided to take the site down.

Then I started getting emails from people who wanted to join. "When would the site be up and running again?" To be honest I really didnt think I would redo the whole site again. Then it dawned on me. Lets put the videos online and give it away!

What can you learn from the video lessons? Well how about:

Getting Started - What does it take to make a movie?
The Script - Do I write one or buy? What's an option? Breaking it down.
Pre visualization - What are storyboards? Shot lists?
Finance - How do I find money? What are standard deals?
Pre Production - What crew do I need? Locations? Equipment?
Production - This has a life of its own! How do I control it?
Post Production - The real work begins here!
Delivery - Do you have your paperwork? What are deliverables?
Distribution - Where do I sell my masterpiece? What is a sales agent?
Marketing - What are some real world strategies for movie marketing?

So what is the catch you are probably thinking? Well there is none. This is completely free. The only thing missing is the forums and access to me for Q and A. So when the videos say "post in the forum" there is none. However I do plan on doing live chats to help those interested. Also missing is the ability to download the videos and the assets such as the option agreement. Those are going to be bundled up and will be offered for a small price for those who are interested.
